刘世勇,男,中国科学技术大学教授。1972年10月出生于湖北宜昌兴山。1989.9-1993.7,武汉大学环境科学系环境化学专业本科;1993.9-1996.7,武汉大学化学系高分子化学与物理专业硕士;1996.9-2000.1,复旦大学高分子科学系攻读博士学位;1999.1-1999.6,香港科技大学化学工程系助研;2000.5-2002.5,英国Sussex University化学、物理与环境科学学院博士后;2002.5-2003.10,美国University of Delaware化学工程系博士后;2003.11-12,美国UC Berkeley化学工程系访问学者;2003.12至今,中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系教授、博士生导师,合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室(筹)研究员。2004.10-2014.10任高分子科学与工程系执行主任。2010年起任中科院软物质化学重点实验室主任。2014.10起任化学与材料科学学院副院长。

Res.和1篇Macromolecules期刊Perspective Article。国际和国内学术会议大会报告 (2010年美国高登会议、2017瑞士高登会议、2008年第五届东亚高分子学术研讨会(EAPC-5)、2013年全国高分子年会大会报告) 和分会邀请报告 (IUPAC Macro2010, Macro2012, Macro2014等) 等共计80余次;(参与)撰写中英文专著章节共6篇。共计申请国家发明专利16项,其中8项获授权。研究工作已开始受到国内外同行专家的认可和关注,已发表的论文共被SCI引用12000余次,H因子64;入选2014年-2016年Elsevier中国高被引学者“材料科学”名单以及2016年度全球材料科学与工程高被引学者名单。近十年内发表的12篇论文(曾)入选ESI Highly Cited Papers (As of Feb 2017), 3篇论文(曾)入选ESI Hot Papers。12篇次论文被选为Nature Chemistry、Nature China、SciBX、Materials Views China、ACS Noteworthy Chemistry、ACS Editor’s Choice、JACS Spotlight、Chemistry World研究亮点专栏重点报道。共计21篇论文分别被选为期刊VIP论文、年度最佳论文、热点论文、阅读/季度/年度阅读/访问最多论文、年度被引用最多论文等。

课题组已毕业博士生22名;其中1位获全国百篇优秀博士论文奖、4位获中科院优秀博士论文奖、2位获中科院院长特别奖,7位获中科院院长优秀奖,2位分别获得安徽省优秀硕士和博士学位论文奖;6位博士研究生获得香港求是奖学金,2位博士研究生分别获得2010年度和2011年度教育部学术新人奖,7人次获研究生国家奖学金。

中科大刘世勇教授等20余位学者所著新书《大分子自组装新编》出版

大分子自组装是研究大分子之间、大分子与小分子之间、大分子与纳米粒子之间或大分子与基底之间的非共价相互作用,从而创制多级组装体,并以此为基础构建功能。大分子自组装属超分子化学和高分子科学的交叉学科,是当今化学和材料科学发展的前沿,也是孕育先进材料的摇篮。
  21世纪初,复旦大学江明教授研究小组经过20多年坚持不懈的努力,独辟蹊径,创建了“非共价连接胶束”的大分子自组装的新途径,实现了诸多均聚物、齐聚物、离聚物、无规共聚物及接枝共聚物等非嵌段共聚物在溶液中的有序自组装。这一系列具有中国特色的原创性成果,得到国内外同行的广泛关注、认可和后续跟踪研究。
  为推进大分子自组装学科的发展,江明教授邀请Eisenberg教授、刘国军教授、张希教授等国际大分子自组装领域的领军人物,会同国内相关领域的多位青年才俊,撰写了《大分子自组装》一书,该书于2006年由科学出版社正式出版。《大分子自组装》一经推出,读者们反响热烈。首印2500册,不到一年时间就售罄重印。这对学术专著而言,可称难能可贵。

  最近10多年来,我国大分子自组装研究以超常速度蓬勃发展,取得了一系列标志性,甚至是开拓性和引领性的研究成果。为及时准确地总结和反映该领域的快速发展,给国内外学术同行特别是年轻一代呈现最新的相关研究动态与重要进展,在江明教授和张希教授等的策划和鼓励下,中国科技大学刘世勇教授欣然受命组织国内外20余位活跃在相关前沿领域的学者,编撰出这本《大分子自组装新编》。全书共18章,每章都以执笔者为代表的课题组的研究成果为主,兼收同时期国际上本领域研究成果之精华。

5月10日下午,中国科学技术大学作为项目牵头单位承担国家重点研发计划“变革性技术关键科学问题”重点专项“生物界面蛋白质冠主动精准调控与高效递送载体构建”项目启动会暨实施方案论证会顺利召开。会议邀请了华东理工大学田禾院士,国家纳米科学中心赵宇亮院士、中科院生物物理研究所许瑞明研究员、华中科技大学张智红教授、中科院化学研究所王树研究员、国家纳米科学中心陈春英研究员等专家学者出席。科技部高技术中心朱庆平处长、中科院前沿科学与教育局孔明辉处长、中国科学技术大学科研部副部长王峰等出席会议。项目负责人化学与材料科学学院刘世勇教授、各课题负责人及骨干成员以线上与线下结合的方式参加会议。项目启动会由中国科学技术大学科研部王峰副部长主持,项目实施方案论证阶段由田禾院士主持。
        科技部高技术朱庆平处长代表项目主管单位发言。朱庆平处长介绍了国家设立“变革性技术关键科学问题”重点专项的初衷,要求项目组成员聚焦前瞻性、解决国家重大需求,以项目为基础探索新理论和新方法、实现新突破;此外,他对项目的组织管理、财务管理以及综合绩效评价等方面提出了明确要求。中科院前沿科学与教育局孔明辉处长代表项目推荐单位发言,孔明辉处长感谢科技部对中科院和中国科学技术大学的长期支持,并要求项目组严格按照科技部要求执行项目,力争取得具有原始创新的突破性成果。随后,项目负责人和课题负责人分别汇报了项目实施方案和近期研究进展。
        在听取了项目实施方案汇报后,与会专家对实施方案给予了肯定。专家组建议课题组之间加强交流、凝练科学问题,针对1-2种具有临床转化前景的体系开展系统攻关,通力协作解决传统药物递送载体肝脾蓄积和递送效率低的难题。“生物界面蛋白质冠主动精准调控与高效递送载体构建”项目于2020年12月批准立项,下设4个课题,共6家参与单位。本项目拟变革传统亲水修饰减弱血浆蛋白吸附以避免单核吞噬细胞系统清除的传统思路,构建能够主动调控表面蛋白质冠特性的递送载体,在减弱肝脾蓄积的基础上,充分利用蛋白质冠的生物学特性增强在病变组织的富集保留;建立高时空分辨的原位表征技术,揭示蛋白质冠形成和演化的动力学过程与机制,在细胞、器官和活体水平阐明蛋白质冠特性与药物递送效率之间的关联;重点发展高主动递送效率,低不良反应的高效精准诊疗制剂。
