程津培,有机化学家,中国科学院院士(2001),第三世界科学院院士(TWAS,2001)。1975年毕业于天津师范学院,1981年获南开大学硕士,1987年获美国西北大学博士,1988年到南开大学工作(1995-2000年任副校长),2000-2008年担任国家科技部副部长。现任全国人大常委、教科文卫委员会副主任、致公党中央副主席、国家教育咨询委员会委员、国家科技奖励委员会委员、欧美同学会副会长等职。
