赵奎,1983年5月生,陕西师范大学副教授,硕士生导师。中科院长春应化所博士,阿卜杜拉国王科技大学(KAUST)博士后。主要从事薄膜太阳电池、大尺度制备和相变研究。承担和参与国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金等项目6项。在SCI期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中一区论文45篇。在国际重要学术刊物如Joule,Energy Environ. Sci.,Adv. Mater.上发表论文多篇,申请国家发明专利5项。

       近日,陕西省科技厅公布了2018年陕西省创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、科技创新创业人才入选名单(陕科办发〔2018〕186号),我院江瑞斌研究员、赵奎副教授入选2018年陕西省创新人才推进计划中青年领军人才。本次我校共2名教师入选陕西省中青年科技创新人才。

       陕西省设立中青年科技创新领军人才,旨在加强陕西省高层次创新型科技人才队伍建设,引领和带动各类科技人才的发展,为实现创新驱动发展、建设创新型陕西提供有力的人才支撑。其实施目标是到2020年,瞄准世界科技前沿和战略性新兴产业,重点从国家级、省级重大科研项目、国家级和省级科技奖项的研发团队中,遴选、培养和支持300名中青年科技创新人才,使其成为引领相关行业和领域科技创新发展方向、组织完成重大科技任务的领军人才。截至目前,我校已有9名教师入选陕西省中青年科技创新人才。

陕西师范大学的赵奎教授、刘生忠教授和阿卜杜拉国王科技大学的Aram Amassian教授联合报道了在空气中印刷制备全无机钙钛矿(CsPbI2Br)的过程,通过利用基底温度,良好的控制薄膜形成动力学不仅有助于构建高质量均匀无孔洞的全无机钙钛矿(CsPbI2Br)薄膜,而且比传统旋涂法制备的薄膜有更好的环境相稳定性。通过对印刷制备的流体动力学和结构演化的深入研究。结果表明,提高基底温度可以有效抑制空气中的水汽对结晶的影响,同时又规避基底温度太高而引起的Bénard-Marangoni对流。这也说明了流体力学对高质量CsPbI2Br薄膜印刷制备的重要性。在中间处理温度下观察到溶液干燥过程中卤化物成分发生变化的连续结晶过程。在该温度下,增强的传质有利于前驱体结晶。该方法制备的高性能大面积CsPbI2Br薄膜具有优良光电性能。这些结果为控制钙钛矿油墨的固化和结晶提供了重要的经验,为钙钛矿光电器件的商业化制造提供了参考。研究成果以题为“Scalable Ambient Fabrication of High Performance CsPbI2Br Solar Cells”发布在国际著名期刊Joule上。
