封伟,天津大学材料学院教授、博士生导师。1992年毕业于西安交通大学高分子材料专业。国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、国家杰出青年基金获得者,科技部中青年创新领军人才,天津市“131”创新型团队负责人,日本JSPS学术振兴委员会高级访问学者。任教育部科技委材料学部委员与国防学部委员,军委科技委和装发部专业组专家,是中国机械工程学会材料分会高分子材料专业委员会委员,中国材料研究学会高分子材料与工程分会常务理事以及中国复合材料学会高分子纳米复合分会副主任等。主持负责了国家973项目课题、科技部重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金重点、杰青项目及国防科技支撑项目、总装预研项目等。研究成果在Chem. Soc. Rev.、Adv. Funct. Mater.等国际期刊上发表SCI收录论文140余篇,代表性成果在人民日报、科技日报和CCTV等重要媒体上报道,成果获得省部级科技一等奖2项,二等奖2项。
