学术专长
主要从事镁合金、钛合金等材料微观结构与性能关系、组织控制与性能优化、塑性变形与相变机理、搅拌摩擦焊接与加工、晶体学电子显微分析技术开发等方面的研究工作。在相关研究领域发表学术论文70余篇,其中被SCI收录50余篇,撰写外文专著1本,获国家发明专利授权8项。

报告题目:镁合金搅拌摩擦焊接接头微区织构与力学性能调控

报告摘要:
搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)是一种固相连接技术,特别适合于铝合金、镁合金等低熔点金属的焊接。然而FSW镁合金焊缝区容易形成复杂的微区织构,且该织构对接头力学性能和断裂行为有重要影响。报告以镁合金FSW接头为研究对象,采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,系统考察了焊缝微区织构分布特征,及其在拉伸、压缩、弯曲等不同变形方式中对接头塑性变形不均匀性及断裂行为的影响规律,进而提出利用焊后变形调控FSW接头微区织构、提高镁合金连接性能的新思路。
报告人简介:
辛仁龙,2002年于重庆大学获得学士学位,2006年于香港科技大学获哲学博士学位,2006-2007年在香港科技大学7.jpg从事博士后研究,2007年-至今先后担任重庆大学材料科学与工程学院副教授、教授,2016-2017年访问加拿大麦吉尔大学1年,现为中国电子显微镜学会理事、中国电子背散射专业委员会副主任、《Science and Technology of Welding and Joining》编委。
目前主要从事镁合金、钛合金等材料塑性变形与相变机理、组织控制与性能优化、搅拌摩擦焊接及加工等方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,在相关研究领域发表SCI收录学术论文90余篇,被他人引用1500余次,撰写外文专著1本,获国家发明专利授权8项。
