王建利,中国矿业大学副教授。主要从事低维半导体光电子材料与器件、低维半导体自旋电子材料与器件、低维半导体自旋卡诺电子材料与器件研究,包括低维自旋电子材料及其异质结的电子结构、界面调控及光电磁热等功能特性。在Appl. Surf. Sci., Nanotechnology,J. Mater. Sci., Physica E,Semicond. Sci. Technol.,EPL(3篇),J.
