简介:熊锐,男, 1967 年 5 月 10 日,湖北黄梅县人。主要从事凝聚态物理、材料物理及相关领域的研究,主持和参与主要项目有“热电材料结构低维化与性能,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)(2007-2011)”;“纳米光催化材料及器件的制备与性能优化,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)(2009.1-2013.12)”;国家自然科学基金项目“放电等离子体烧结CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷及其高介电性研究”(2012.1 -2015.12)。“新型Spinel轨道有序MgTi2O4和电荷有序LiRh2O4体系相变和输运性质的研究,自然科学基金(2009-2011)”,发表学术论文 60 余篇。课题组在读硕士、博士生 15人。


主要研究方向:
1. 双钙钛矿结构材料 的高介电性、电荷分布及电荷转移
2. 基于Spin Transfer Torque效应的自旋纳米器件的原理、制备和性能
3. TiO2及其掺杂体系的光催化及稀磁特性;CrO2及其掺杂体系的磁性
4. 关联电子系统中的轨道有序、电荷有序及自旋有序行为
