田维全，教授/博士生导师，1994年吉林大学学士，1997年吉林大学理学硕士，2001年University of Guelph(加拿大)博士。2001年University of Ottawa(加拿大)大学博士后，2003年 University of British Columbia (加拿大)大学博士后，2004年九州大学(日本)JSPS研究员，2005年吉林大学教授，2007年University of Louisville(美国)访问教授，2009年哈尔滨工业大学教授，2015年重庆大学教授。在ACS Nano, Agnew. Chem., Phys. Rev. Lett., Appl. Phys. Lett., Nanoscale, Chem. Comm., ACS Photonics, Sci. Rep. 等期刊已发表研究论文130余篇，邀请综述2篇，专著章节2章，获教育部（2008年）自然科学一等奖（《光电功能材料的分子设计研究》，第4获奖人），30种专业期刊同行评审人。
