游劲松 博士,四川大学教授,四川大学化学学院院长、化学实验教学中心主任、有机化学教研室主任,曾担任化学学院教授委员会主任,十二五“863”项目“新型纳米能源材料及器件制备关键技术”首席专家。1998年6月于四川大学化学系有机化学专业获博士学位。此后,分别在台湾中兴大学、德国Rostock有机催化研究所、美国依阿华州立大学(ISU)、美国加州大学尔湾分校(UCI)等进行学习和研究工作。2000年7月晋升为四川大学副教授,2004年5月特聘为四川大学教授。2004年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才资助计划,2005年入选四川省杰出青年学科带头人培养计划,2005年获得四川省青年科技奖,2006年获得四川省突出贡献专家称号,2010年获得国家杰出青年科学基金,2012年享受国务院特殊津贴专家,2013年获得四川省学术和技术带头人称号,2014年入选国家中青年科技创新领军人才,2016年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才。

3、主要科研成果
(1)在C–H 键活化领域做出了系统性研究工作,特别是在氧化偶联反应方面取得了重要成果。在利用碳氢键活化构筑有机光电功能分子的化学基础研究方面,发展的“电子差异原则”和“螯合导向构筑稠杂环策略”为构建有机共轭骨架提供了高效高选择性合成途径,受到了国内外同行的关注,并被广泛应用,为开发新型先进性功能材料提供了重要合成基础。首创的杂芳环之间C–H/ C–H交叉氧化偶联反应被工业化学家评为具工业和实践价值的反应。这些简捷有效的合成方法也有助于药物化学家进行快速合成和筛选。
(2)发展了配位活化策略,实现氨基酸α-C(sp 3)–H键与多种亲核试剂或苄位C(sp 3)–H键的交叉氧化偶联反应,可简洁高效地构筑一系列α-季碳α-氨基酸衍生物及α-三级或四级碳-β-芳基-α-氨基酸衍生物。
(3)开发了一系列高性能有机太阳能电池(DSSC、OPV)、有机场效应晶体管(OFET)以及有机发光二极管(OLED)材料、生物成像试剂、有机智能材料等。
(4)迄今发表论文230余篇,包括 Chem. Rev.、 Nature Communication 、 J Am Soc Chem 、 Angew Chem Int Ed 、 Adv Funct Mater,授权国际国内发明专利18项。部分研究成果获得教育部自然科学奖一等奖。现已主持国家杰出青年科学基金以及重点项目等多项国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才资助计划、四川省杰出青年基金、973子课题以及多项企业合作项目等。作为项目首席专家,承担十二五863项目“新型纳米能源材料及器件关键制备技术”,总经费2717万元。

近年来,有机发光二极管(OLED)的研究和应用备受关注。目前,高性能蓝光OLED的研究仍面临巨大挑战。相比于蓝光发光材料的快速发展及其结构多样性,适用于蓝光OLED的主体材料发展相对缓慢。因此,发展结构新颖的蓝光主体材料用于制备高性能蓝光OLED对于其进一步发展和应用具有重要意义。
        四川大学游劲松教授、宾正杨副研究员团队致力于利用C−H活化策略构筑非传统结构的OLED新材料,以突破OLED材料结构和性能瓶颈。近期,游劲松教授和宾正杨副研究员等基于“翻转环金属化”策略发展了一种铱催化的分子内氧化C−H/C−H偶联反应,高效构筑了吡啶并杂芳环类分子骨架,为蓝光OLED主体材料的开发提供了丰富的分子库。作为一个例子,作者开发了一系列基于吡啶并苯并噻吩结构的双极性主体材料(DCz-BTP,3-Cz-BTP和6-Cz-BTP),其中吡啶环的引入有利于形成强的分子间氢键相互作用,从而显著改善主体材料的传输性能,进而降低器件驱动电压,提高器件效率。
         基于“伪”对称结构的双咔唑类DCz-BTP主体材料的蓝光OLED展现出更为优异的器件性能。将DCz-BTP用作主体,作者成功制备了低电压、高效率的蓝光热活化延迟荧光OLED(TADF-OLED:Von = 2.8 V, V1000 = 4.2 V, EQEmax = 29.0%, PEmax = 48.2 lm W-1)和蓝光超敏荧光OLED(TSF-OLED:Von = 2.8 V, V1000 = 4.2 V, EQEmax = 20.5%, PEmax = 34.7 lm W-1),揭示了吡啶并苯并噻吩结构在构筑蓝光OLED主体材料方面的巨大潜力。

硼氮稠杂的多重共振型热活化延迟荧光分子(MR-TADF),其具有窄的半峰宽(FWHM)和较大的辐射跃迁速率(kR),因此基于该类发光分子的OLED能够实现较好的色纯度和较高的外量子效率(EQE),有望成为下一代OLED发光材料的突破点。然而,目前该类材料分子通常存在反系间窜越速率(kRISC)较低以及分子较为平面所导致的聚集诱导淬灭(ACQ)的问题,从而造成器件效率滚降比较严重。因此,如何提高kRISC和抑制ACQ效应,对改善OLED效率滚降具有重要的研究和产业化意义。
        近日,四川大学游劲松教授和宾正杨教授团队发展了一种“中环”策略以抑制MR-TADF分子堆积,并进一步提高MR-TADF分子的kRISC。在保持窄发光半峰宽的前提下,该团队成功发展了一种兼具高kRISC(>106 s-1)和高kR(>108 s-1)的蓝光MR-TADF分子DTBA-B2N3,有效抑制分子聚集产生的光谱展宽和发光淬灭,从而获得高效率和低效率滚降的蓝光窄光谱OLED。
        在MR-TADF材料BCz-BN的基础上,基于“中环”策略发展了新型MR-TADF分子DTBA-BN2和DTBA-B2N3。理论计算研究表明,通过引入七元环受体基团,DTBA-BN2的S1态跃迁特征与其T2态的跃迁特征有较大的差异,因此具有更高的自旋轨道耦合系数(SOCS1-T2 = 0.87 cm-1),有利于其反系间窜越过程。随后,进一步拓展共振骨架,双硼类MR-TADF分子DTBA-B2N3的自旋轨道耦合系数得到进一步提高(SOCS1-T2 = 1.22 cm-1,SOCS1-T3 = 0.82 cm-1),使得激子从T2或T3态的反系间窜越过程更加高效,最终将kRISC从BCz-BN的104 s-1提升到DTBA-B2N3的106 s-1数量级。此外,BCz-BN的核心发光骨架较为平面,具有强烈的分子间π-π相互作用,ACQ效应十分严重。通过引入七元环受体,MR-TADF分子DTBA-BN2和DTBA-B2N3具有高度扭曲的分子构型,其核心骨架不存在明显的π-π相互作用,极大程度上抑制了ACQ效应,有利于改善器件效率滚降。
         OLED测试结果表明,相比于基于BCz-BN的OLED,基于DTBA-BN2的OLED展现出了明显更加优异的器件性能以及更好的ACQ抑制作用,实现了31.2%的最大外量子效率、更小的效率滚降(EQE1000 = 25.6%)。此外,中环结构的引入可以有效保护发光中心,抑制分子聚集产生的光谱展宽和发光淬灭,使得在1~20%的浓度窗口下保持高效率和窄光谱。相比于基于对比分子B2的OLED,基于DTBA-B2N3的OLED展现出了明显更加优异的器件性能以及更窄的半峰宽,实现了30.9%的最大外量子效率、更小的效率滚降(EQE1000 = 20.5%)。这项工作为开发可产业化的高性能MR-TADF分子提供了一个新的分子设计思路。
