Magnus.Willander,男,毕业于皇家理工学院,1984年获物理学博士学位。曾担任哥德堡大学客座教授,林雪平大学(Linköping University)教授。主要从事锗硅晶体管、聚合物晶体管(用于气体检测)、碳化硅MOS结构高温气体传感器,红外探测器器件及材料等方面的研究。他在构建纳米柔性和固态材料以及通过实验研究这些材料最基本的光学和电学性质和物理现象方面做出了非常重要的贡献。2005年在瑞典获最佳环境创新奖,至今发表近1000篇科学研究论文和8本科研专著。
