杜金志,男,华南理工大学特聘研究员,博士生导师。2006年7月获中国科学技术大学高分子化学专业学士学位,2011年12月获中国科学技术大学高分子化学与物理博士学位。2012年5月至2016年9月在美国埃默里大学(Emory University)医学院生物医学工程系开展博士后研究。2016年10月以“高层次人才引进计划”加入华南理工大学医学院生命科学研究院,主要从事纳米医学、生物材料和肿瘤纳米技术相关领域的研究。近年来,在Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Nano、Biomaterials、J. Controlled Release等国际著名杂志发表研究论文35篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者论文15篇(IF>10的5篇,IF 5-10的8篇)。截至目前,论文被SCI引用2100余次,单篇引用超100次的论文10篇,最高达380余次,H-index为19。研究成果被Phys.org、Science Daily、凤凰网、光明网等国内外媒体报道。6篇论文(曾)入选ESI高被引论文(Highly Cited Papers)榜单,5篇入选相应杂志阅读最多的论文之一。为J Controlled Release及Biotechnology Advances撰写特邀综述2篇,参与撰写2部著作的章节。获得2项中国发明专利授权。Theranostics、Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Chemical Communications、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Biomacromolecules、Polymer Chemistry、Oncotarget、International Journal of Pharmaceutics等SCI收录的国际学术杂志邀请审稿人。
研究兴趣:本课题组的研究领域是生物医用高分子、纳米生物材料与纳米医学,是跨化学、材料学、生命科学和医学的新兴交叉学科。课题组的研究目标是运用化学、材料学的基本方法,设计开发新型的功能生物医用材料及纳米材料,研究其在癌症等重大疾病的检测、成像及治疗方面的应用,探索癌症的诊疗的新思路与新方法。
