李晓明,南京理工大学材料科学与工程学院/格莱特研究院青年教授,博士毕业于我院曾海波教授团队,主要从事胶体量子点的低成本合成技术、表界面相关的丰富光学特性及应用研究。近年来发表了多篇有影响力的论文,并有12篇入选ESI1%高被引论文,4篇入选ESI1‰热点论文,单篇引用最高超过500次。进校以来已主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目,江苏省青年基金项目等课题。相关成果曾被NanoWerk、 ChemistryViews等学术媒体评论为“这一突破性进展(breakthrough)”。

个人简介
面向高质量照明与显示用新型胶体量子点材料,李晓明长期进行量子点表界面光学特性、调控及其应用的研究。主要工作包括:(1)提出并实现了钙钛矿量子点的表面卤素自钝化效应,获得了接近100%的荧光量子效率和接近极限的荧光半高宽,率先实现了广色域背光LED器件和钙钛矿量子点微纳激光器;(2)提出并证明了碳量子点的表面缺陷发光,实现了基于表面缺陷调控的荧光发射和白光LED器件;(3)提出了基于量子点三维空间界面重构的光学调控,实现了钙钛矿量子点光学稳定性、激光发射性能的大幅度提高及光学加密等应用。已经在Adv. Mater、Nano Lett.、Angew. Chem.、ACS Nano等影响因子大于10的期刊上发表第一作者论文11篇。目前已获SCI总引用超过2000次,其中第一作者论文单篇引用超过200次5篇,有12篇入选ESI高被引论文,4篇入选ESI热点论文。基于上述研究内容,已获得江苏省颗粒学会创新奖特等奖(排名第三),授权专利一项。
