刘力,男,1970年生,北京化工大学教授,博导,科技部973项目首席科学家,北京市先进弹性体工程技术研究中心主任,中国功能材料学会理事,中国新材料技术协会理事。长期从事橡胶材料的应用基础研究,承担了973、863、国家自然科学基金重点项目等20多项。以第一完成人获省部级奖励2项,其他省部级奖励6项。发表学术论文169篇,SCI收录论文60多篇。合作出版专著2部。授权国际发明专利7项,授权国家发明专利60余项。2003年入选北京市科技新星计划,2005年获霍英东青年教师基金优选资助,2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2013年获中国化工学会侯德榜化工科学技术青年奖,2016年入选国家推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才计划,2018年入选“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。

国家973首席科学家,北京市科技新星、教育部新世纪人才获得者。
北京市先进弹性体工程技术研究中心主任,北京化工大学材料科学与工程学院先进弹性体材料研究中心主任。全国材料新技术发展研究会常务理事,中国新材料技术协会理事,中国化工学会橡胶专业委员会委员,《轮胎工业》杂志社编委。
2004年在北京化工大学获得材料学专业博士学位,2008年5月至2008年11月在美国SDSMT从事访问研究。目前主要从事高分子材料改性与加工技术研究,聚合物基导电、导热功能材料,新型稀土功能材料,先进碳/聚合物高性能复合材料等研究工作,在Scientific Reports, Advanced Functional Materials, Small, Journal of Physical Chemistry C, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Polymer等发表学术论文130余篇。承担国家973、863、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目等十余项。获北京市科学技术奖以及中国石油和化学化学工业联合会技术发明一等、二等奖等科技奖励共5项,2013年获中国化工学会侯德榜化工科学技术奖青年奖。
