教学简介
本人从事大学教学7年,主要担任本科生的《无机化学》、《无机化学实验》教学以及研究生的《晶体化学》课程教学,已经指导本科生毕业论文数十人。参加了省级教改课题:“网络化问题教学法”应用于专业选修课《材料化学》教学中的研究、基于创新性化学人才培养的《无机化学》教学模式探讨。
科研简介
到目前为止,已在Chem. Commun.,Chem. Eur. J.,Inorg. Chem.,Dalton Trans.,RSC. Adv.,等国际著名科学杂志发表论文50篇,其中以第一作者和共同通讯联系人发表论文26篇。作为主要成员参与了国家自然科学杰出青年基金、及973重大基础研究子课题及国家自然科学基金面上和地区基金的研究。主要研究经历分为:2004年至2009年在江西科技师范大学有机功能分子研究所从事电化学聚合方面的研究;2006年至2009年师从苏州大学郎建平教授进行簇合物的合成及三阶非线性光学的研究;2009年博士毕业至今,先后与刘小明教授(嘉兴学院),蔡琥教授(南昌大学)合作,从事金属有机小分子催化方面的研究;2015年在东南大学熊仁根教授课题组进行博士后研究,开展分子基铁电材料方向的研究工作。
