黎学明,教授,博士生导师
1988年本科毕业于重庆大学应用化学系应用化学专业,1991年硕士毕业于重庆大学化工学院物理化学专业,1999年博士毕业于重庆大学精密仪器及机械专业光纤化学传感器方向,2002年博士后出站。重庆市首批企业科技特派员、“天然气化工重大专项”主题责任专家。
先后主讲应用电化学、电化学原理、材料化学等课程,长期从事应用电化学、电解工程、盐化工等方面的科研教学工作。
先后负责和主研国家自然科学基金3项、科技部重点新产品计划项目2项、重庆市科技攻关重点项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金重点项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金项目3项及横向课题10多项等;获权专利6项,其中发明专利3项;获得省部级科学技术奖一等奖2项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项;发表论文50多篇。

研究方向
应用电化学:主要开展表面工程、金属材料腐蚀与防护等方面的研究工作。已在无汞碱性锌锰电池集流体表面处理、汽摩零部件耐蚀性镀层、铝合金硬质阳极氧化、大跨度桥梁拉索防腐蚀、电力装备防腐蚀等方面有良好基础,获重庆市科技技术奖(技术发明奖)一等奖、重庆市科技进步奖三等奖,许多成果已应用于工程实际。
光电子材料物理与化学:主要开展纳米多孔硅、笼形超分子、半导体照明用荧光粉等功能材料的合成、表征与性能研究工作。已在硅基二氧化硫传感器、硅基含能材料、含笼形分子的甲烷传感器、荧光粉等方面有良好积累,先后获3项国家自然科学基金资助。
盐气化工:主要开展离子膜电解槽活性阴极制备与应用、晶体硅光伏材料清洁生产、有机碳酸酯系精细化学品高效合成等方面研究,获重庆市科技攻关重大、重点项目资助。
