1、拓扑高分子的合成方法:研究聚合物一级链结构和拓扑结构的合成方法学,建立了具有一定普适性的简便合成星形聚合物方法,发展了制备大分子单体和类树状聚合物的新方法,提出可逐级降解、可进行拓扑链转变的星形聚合物。
2、蠕虫形聚合物的精密合成:建立了树状化聚合物和聚合物分子刷的多种合成方法学,可简便、高效、较大量合成蠕虫形纳米单分子,实现其尺寸(从几十至几百纳米)、结构和组成的控制。
3、嵌段聚合物控制纳米颗粒结构和几何形状:通过嵌段共聚物的溶液和本体自组装及选择区域交联,研究原位制备有机/无机杂化纳米粒子的方法。制备了球形、囊泡、复合囊泡等多种结构固定的纳米粒子,首次观察到内部高度折叠双分子膜的嵌段共聚物复杂囊泡,建立了可较大量制备球形、柱形、片形等形状聚合物纳米颗粒的简便普适方法。
4、新型聚合物功能材料:从分子链结构的可控发展聚合物新材料。由环糊精和聚合物的超分子作用制备了响应性、可注射、杂化碳纳米管的各种超分子水凝胶,开发其在药物输送方面的应用;提出一种简单多功能聚合物纳米药物载体体系;提出一种通过动态共价键在温和条件下对软材料进行原位自愈合的新机理。
发表SCI论文130余篇,在Macromol. Rapid Comm.和Chem. Comm.分别发表Feature Article各1篇,在Macromolecules发表Perspective Article 1篇,在《高分子学报》发表专论1篇。
