朱永法, 理学博士,教授,博士生导师
1964年11月23日出生于中国, 江苏省江阴市。国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金获得者以及教育部跨世纪优秀人才资助计划获得者。

教育背景
1981年考入南京大学,化学系。专业为物理化学,研究方向为合成氨中温变换催化剂的吸附性能。 1985年从南京大学毕业,获得理学学士学位,并于同年考入北京大学,化学系攻读硕士学位。就读于桂琳琳教授和唐有祺教授,专业为物理化学,研究方向为加氢脱氮催化剂的固体表面化学。 1988年研究生毕业,获得硕士学位。同年进入清华大学,化学系工作并攻读博士学位。就读于曹立礼和宋心琦教授。研究方向为固体薄膜材料的表面与界面扩散反应的研究,于1995年获得理学博士学位。
工作履历
从1995年10月到1997年3月,获得日本政府奖学金,在爱媛大学化学系从事博士后研究工作。就读于河野博之 (Hiroyuki Kawano)教授,主要从事固体表面卤化物的离子TPD研究。1997年3月回国后,在清华大学化学系继续从事光催化、环境催化、表面化学以及环境化学研究。

研究领域
(1)  光催化材料及其在环境净化和CO2资源化应用研究
通过探索纳米结构复合氧化物光催化新材料提高光催化活性以及拓展可见光的响应范围。通过表面杂化作用,提高光催化剂的活性以及耐光腐蚀性能,同时产生可见光活性。探索表面缺陷对光催化活性提高以及产生可见光活性的内在规律。利用光催化材料对室内空气中有机物的污染和微生物污染进行净化研究。探索光催化材料 在光解水制氢以及CO2光还原资源化方面的规律和机制。
(2)  吸附-催化燃烧工业废气的净化研究
探索非贵金属催化燃烧催化剂,通过纳米结构的控制合成,提高其低温活性以及稳定性。并利用吸附作用和催化燃烧的联用技术,解决工业废气的净化难题。
(3)  室内空气的净化研究
利用高活性光催化材料,通过在各种基材上形成多孔膜,提高光催化的净化性能,开展了室内空气净化的研究。探索多孔和单层g-C3N4的可控合成,通过与半导体光催化剂的杂化,探索提高可见光活性的新途径,并应用于室内自然光下的空气净化研究。

学术成果
承担了国家973项目、863项目、国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、仪器专项、重点和面上等科研项目。 同时还与国内外的企业合作开展应用方面的研究。如P&G宝洁公司、GE公司、西门子公司、三菱重工等。已经发表SCI收录论文230余篇,其中ESI收录的Top-paper5篇, Hot-paper 1篇。论文总引用达到5000余次; 发表论文的H因子为39。申请国家发明专利17相,获得授权12项。出版专著两部:《纳米材料的分析表征和测试》和《材料分析化学》。

作者简介:朱永法,清华大学化学系教授、博导,国家电子能谱中心副主任。1981-1985在南京大学化学系学习,获得理学学士学位。1985-1988在北京大学化学系攻读研究生,主要从事催化剂表面化学研究,获理学硕士学位。1992-1995在清华大学化学系在职攻读博士学位,开展了薄膜材料的表面与界面研究,获得理学博士学位。1995-1997,在日本国爱媛大学化学系,从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为固体表面物理化学。1988.7月至今,一直在清华大学化学系工作,从事薄膜材料、纳米材料、环境催化以及光催化的研究。主要研究方向是能源光催化与环境催化的研究。承担了科技部973和863项目、国家自然科学基金重点、国家自然科学基金仪器专项,国际重点合作项目和面上项目等基础研究课题,同时,还承担了地方政府和企业的有关吸附净化材料、光催化材料及其在空气和水环境净化方面的应用课题。获得国家发明专利授权26项,申请6项,多项环境净化技术已经实现了产业化。获得教育部跨世纪优秀人才及国家自然科学基金委杰青年基金的资助。获得国家自然科学奖二等奖1项, 教育部自然科学奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项,教育部科技进步奖二等奖和三等奖各1次。发表SCI收录论文298篇,ESI高被引论文29篇;论文总引18200余次,篇均引用61.1次,H因子为74。2014-2017年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者(化学), 2016年入选Elsevier发布的“全球材料科学与工程学科高被引学者”。学术兼职有Applied Catalysis B 副主编,中国感光学会光催化专业委员会主任,北京市室内与车内环境净化行业协会会长。高校分析测试中心理事会理事长,中国分析测试协会常务理事,中国化学会环境化学专业委员会委员;环境与能源光催化国家重点实验室学术委员会委员;上海师范大学教育部资源化学重点实验室学术委员会副主任,中国科学院特殊环境功能材料与器件重点实验室学术委员会副主任。ISO/TC201表面分析国际标准委员会委员;全国环境化学计量技术委员会委员。全国低碳计量技术委员会温室气体计量工作组委员。

朱永法AM:不用助催化剂,卟啉高效光解水产氢产氧!
卟啉因其具有很好的光电转换性能而被广泛应用于光催化研究。一般来说,卟啉光催化解水产氢产氧要添加金属助催化剂提升其性能,相应的增加了一定的成本、环境压力。有鉴于此,清华大学朱永法教授课题组及其合作者合成了一种能全波段光谱响应的理论太阳光效率达44.4%的卟啉超分子光催化剂。实验发现,该催化剂可以在不添加任何金属助催化剂的条件下光催化分解水产氢产氧,产氢产氧效率分别可达40.8 μmol g−1 h−1和36.1 μmol g−1 h−1。同时,该催化剂也有很好的苯酚光降解活性(比g-C3N4高10倍以上)。进一步研究表明,该催化剂的纳米晶体结构和分子偶极引起的内置电场是高催化活性的原因。
