刘美玲,理学博士,分析化学和药物分析学硕士生导师。2006年硕士毕业留校工作。2009-2012年在职攻读博士学位。一直从事电分析化学和电化学传感领域的研究工作,在功能化有机化合物的合成、表征和应用,红外光谱、压电光谱电化学、纳米材料和导电高分子等领域完成了一些创新研究工作,获湖南省优秀博士论文和湖南省优秀硕士论文奖。在Analytical Chemistry, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Biosens. Bioelectron., J. Agri. Food Chem., Analyst, Electrochim. Acta, Polymer和《分析化学》等国内外刊物发表论文40多篇。主持和完成2项国家自然科学基金和多项湖南省科技厅和教育厅课题等项目。

       在刘美玲副教授的指导下,在铜纳米簇的制备及应用方面取得新进展,以第一作者身份撰写的研究论文“BSA capped bi-functional fluorescent Cu nanoclusters as pH sensor and selective detection of dopamine”被New Journal of Chemistry期刊(影响因子3.269)接收发表(DOI:10.1039/C7NJ03524A, 2018, 42, 1446-1456)。
       经过不断的筛选与比较,选用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)作为还原剂与稳定剂,制备了具有优良光学性能的铜纳米簇(BSA-CuNCs)。研究发现,基于此材料荧光强度的变化,可以实现对溶液的pH值以及多巴胺(DA)含量的快速检测。实验通过多种分析和表征手段,对响应机制进行了详细地分析与验证。因此,该纳米簇可以作为双功能纳米材料用于实际样品的分析,在实际尿样的应用中,结果令人满意。
