王天利,四川大学特聘研究员,博士生导师。于2016年9月回国加入四川大学化学学院组建科研团队, 主要开展新型双功能手性五价膦不对称催化的绿色合成化学研究,该研究方向是当前绿色化学和不对称催化领域的研究前沿和热点。 其课题组率先发展了柔性骨架的新型双功能手性季鏻盐和亚胺Brønsted碱催化剂,开发了系列新的不对称合成方法学和新有机反应,取得了创新性学术成果和突破性研究进展,目前已在JACS,ACIE等国际顶级及权威刊物上发表SCI论文20余篇。

主要工作业绩
不对称催化合成是化学学科、乃至药物和材料领域的前沿和研究热点,王天利博士先后在金属不对称催化(主要是过渡金属催化芳香杂环不对称氢化,博士期间)和有机小分子不对称催化(主要是有机膦(Ⅲ)催化不对称合成,博士后期间)这两个大的不对称催化领域开展了系统深入的研究,取得了系列开拓性的重要创新成果。基于“阴离子诱导”和“H-键活化”等理念,开发了一些高效高选择性的不对称催化体系;发展了新颖的金属以及有机小分子不对称催化方法学,为重要生物活性分子的合成提供了新途径;对催化反应机理进行系统深入研究,阐明了反应历程和手性诱导的本质等核心科学问题,为开发更高效的新催化剂提供了指导;发展了手性催化剂负载的新方法并实现了昂贵催化剂的循环回收,为其进一步工业化应用奠定了基础。
王天利博士已经在Acc. Chem. Res.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew.Chem. Int. Ed.,Chem. Sci.以及Chem. Commun.等国际顶级及权威刊物上发表SCI论文20余篇。一些研究成果(如J. Am. Chem. Soc.2011)已被多篇综述和多本专著收录,并被选作相关领域的重要进展被重点评述(Chem. Soc. Rev. 2014, 43, 1660; Chem. Rev.2012, 112, 2557; “Organic Reaction Mechanisms” (Wiley, 2011)、“Progress in Heterocyclic Chemistry” (Elsevier, 2012)、“Comprehensive Organic Synthesis II” (Elsevier, 2014));部分论文(如Angew. Chem. Int.
