      林启普，男，博士、研究员、课题组长。2005年毕业于福州大学国家理科化学基地班，获得学士学位；2010年获得中国科学院福建物质结构研究所无机化学博士学位（导师：姚元根研究员）；2010年7月至2011年12月和2013年1月至2015年6月，在美国加州大学河滨分校从事博士后研究工作（合作导师：Prof. Pingyun Feng），其中2012年1月至2012年12月在美国内布拉斯加州大学林肯分校从事博士后研究工作（合作导师：Prof. Jian Zhang）。2015年10月，以高层次人才（中国科学院海西研究院“百人计划”）引进中国科学院福建物质结构研究所工作，任研究员，课题组长。曾作为主要研究骨干参与了美国能源部（DOE）和美国国家科学基金（NSF）资助的多个与清洁能源和环境保护密切相关的研究课题。迄今已在化学领域系列国际权威期刊J.  Am.  Chem.  Soc.、Angew.  Chem.  Int. Ed.、Adv.  Mater.、Chem.  Mater.、J. Mater. Chem.等发表SCI收录论文超过50篇，共计引用频次1932余次，其中他引超过1600次（H-index=26）。
