个人简介:
颜范勇,男,工学博士、副教授、硕士生导师,中国化学会会员,主要从事荧光探针和药物合成方向的本科/研究生教学及科研工作。近五年来在 Carbon, Sensors and Actuators B等国内外学术刊物上发表论文 60 余篇,其中被 SCI、EI 收录 30 篇,申请国家发明专利 6项,主持在研天津市科委 2 项。

碳点(CDs)作为一种新型的光致发光纳米材料,具有优异的光学特性、良好的生物相容性、低毒性、低成本和易于功能化等性能,在荧光传感、环境监测、药物传递、生物成像和光电器件等领域显示出巨大的潜力。多色CDs对于制造多色LED与WLED具有较高应用价值,有望替代传统的半导体基量子点和有机染料。但遗憾的是,绝大多数CDs都显示蓝绿色荧光,而高效长波(黄色和红色光区)发射的CDs并未得到广泛的研究,而且目前报道的长波长发射CDs的量子产率通常低于20%,很大程度上阻碍了CDs在发光器件领域的应用研究。前驱体和溶剂的选择对于能否得到多色发射的CDs有着至关重要的作用。迄今为止,少有研究报道使用相同的前体并仅通过改变反应溶剂成功合成可调荧光发射CDs的方法,并且尚未研究多色CDs对常见有机染料选择性的特殊影响。


        天津工业大学颜范勇课题组以柠檬酸和尼罗蓝A作为前体,通过改变反应溶剂体系从而控制带隙,成功获得了三色荧光发射CDs(B-、Y-和RCDs)。所选的前体和不同的溶剂是形成三种发射CDs的关键,详细的表征和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算进一步表明,CDs发出的荧光颜色差异与sp2共轭结构域的大小有关。此外,BCDs和YCDs均对苏丹红I具有较高的选择性和灵敏度。通过将CDs与基质混合得到了多色发射荧光粉、荧光膜、单色LED和WLED。该研究为调控CDs长波长发射提供了一种新视角。
