刘灰礼,上海科技大学。中国科学技术大学获学士学位,在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获博士学位,从事热电能量转换材料研究。2015年前往美国开展博士后工作,加入加州大学伯克利分校Junqiao Wu课题组从事二维材料的电、热物理性质以及热电性能等方面的研究工作。目前已在Nature Materials, Advanced Materials, Advanced Science, Nano Letters等国际著名期刊发表科研论文20余篇,被引2300余次,获授权专利若干。

研究介绍  Research Interest  
本课题组主要从事微纳米尺度传热,微纳米热电能量转换材料与器件,热管理应用等方面的研究。研究内容包括:
1.     纳米或二维van der Waals半导体材料的设计与合成
2.     微纳米尺度热传导
3.     微纳米热电能量转换性能评价
4.     热电能量转换器件及其在微电子热管理方面的应用
