朱红军,教授,博士生导师,南京工业大学化学与分子工程学院副院长,江苏省化学化工学会农用化学化工专业委员会主任委员,有机化学专业委员会委员,江苏省计量测试学会化学专业委员会副主任委员,精细石油化工杂志编委会特邀编委,江苏省工业节水减排重点实验室副主任,国家工业防霉防菌产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长,国家精细化工催化产业技术创新战略联盟副秘书长。主要研究方向为精细有机合成、原子经济技术开发与工业节水源头控制技术开发、OLED新材料设计合成与应用、金属有机化学、不对称合成、农药化学、先进催化技术和应用化学等。主持和参加国家“863计划”重点项目、国家“八五”、“九五”和“十五”重点科技攻关项目、国家科技部科技人员服务企业行动项目、国家“十二五”科技支撑计划项目、国家 “十三五”重点研发计划项目(课题)等多项国家重点项目,以及江苏省工业(农业)科技支撑计划、社会发展项目、重大成果转化资金项目和产学研前瞻项目等多项,数十个项目成功工业化。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖1项,江苏省优秀教学成果二等奖1项,江苏省教育研究成果三等奖1项,中国石油和化学工业联合会优秀出版物(教材)二等奖2项。申请国家发明专利66项,授权18项,发表学术论文220余篇,SCI论文120余篇。主编出版《有机化学》(中文版)、《有机化学》(英文版)、《应用化学专业英语教程》(第一版和第二版)、《有机化学学习指导》和《有机化学微型实验》(第一版和第二版)等教材。

2018年12月3日,中国石油与化学工业联合会在北京国家会议中心召开“全国石油和化工科技创新大会”,隆重表彰了2018年度我国石油和化工行业科技创新的获奖单位和个人,并颁发荣誉证书。
我院朱红军教授主持完成的“连续不对称催化氢化生产(S)-异丙甲草胺工业化技术”项目荣获科技进步奖三等奖、杨文忠教授负责的“水处理化学品工程研究中心”认定为“石油和化工行业工程研究中心”。
我院作为江苏省化学化工学会农用化学化工专业委员会和水化学与水处理专业委员会的依托单位,多年来积极坚持服务国家战略需求和国民经济发展,促进学科交叉发展,优化管理机制、强化平台建设,加强学术交流,培养业界人才。此次科技项目与工程研究中心受到表彰与认定,也是学院瞄准国际学术前沿,产学研协同创新实力的彰显。我院将继续发挥科技创新对行业经济发展的支撑和引领作用,总结“十三五”以来行业科技创新取得的主要成就,部署“十三五”行业科技发展重点,努力提高学科发展水平,充分发挥科技创新对行业经济发展的支撑和引领作用,推动科技成果转化。

获奖项目与认定中心简介:
朱红军教授主持完成的“连续不对称催化氢化生产(S)-异丙甲草胺工业化技术”项目,先后获得科技部“十二五”科技支撑计划和江苏省科技成果转化专项资金项目的立项资助,并通过科技部组织的专家委员会的验收与中国石油和化学工业协会组织的科技成果鉴定。2016年荣获第九届中国农药创新贡献奖(技术创新奖一等奖),2018年获得中国石油与化学工业联合会科技进步奖三等奖。
杨文忠教授负责的“水处理化学品工程研究中心”,是国内最早从事工业水处理技术的单位之一,是国家科技成果重点推广项目计划和国家新技术重点推广项目的依托单位,是中国工业水处理专业委员会的三家“水处理技术功勋单位”之一。我院在水处理药剂技术开发、监测仪器研制、国家标准和行业标准的制定、技术培训、人才培养、废水处理工程设计等方面取得了一系列成果,尤其是人才的培养方面,已成为业内“国内工业水处理技术人才的摇篮”。作为“江苏省水化学与水处理专业委员会”的依托单位,一直在国内外水处理领域享有较高的声誉。
成立的“水处理化学品工程研究中心”将以污水资源化与回用、绿色化学品、海水利用开发和先进功能材料等研究方向为核心,上联实验室研究,下联工业化示范工程,突破以传统学科界限为基础的科研管理与学科组织模式,实现多学科交叉;以创新、集成技术为核心构建产学研基地,为全国工业水处理技术的可持续发展做出贡献。
