任吉存上海交通大学教授。1994年于武汉大学获得分析化学专业博士学位。1994年7 月-1996年3 月任湖南师范大学化学系副教授,系副主任,并在湖南医科大学从事博士后工作。1996 年3 月至2000 年3月在挪威Bergen大学参加欧共体重大基金项目研究。1997年湖南省破格晋升教授。2001年起任上海交通大学化学化工学院教授,博士生导师。现任中国仪器学会微分析仪器专业委员会委员, 《生命科学研究》杂志编委。

4、研究方向
(1)单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱与成像: 发展单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱与成像新方法,与微流控芯片技术结合,研究活细胞内生物分子、药物分子的动力学以及分子间(药物分子与靶标、蛋白-蛋白)的相互作用。
(2)光学探针设计与合成:设计合成新型的纳米光学探针和荧光分子探针,发展活细胞内生物分子的标记新方法。
(3)生物分析:基于微流控芯片电泳和纳米光学探针标记技术,发展高灵敏度的分析新方法,用于疾病标志物、环境污染物分析。

主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、科学仪器基础研究项目、面上项目,科技部“863”专项,上海市纳米专项等项目。参与“973”计划项目,国家自然科学基金重点项目,上海市专项等项目。
