顾金楼华东理工大学教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向:有机-无机杂化材料的合成及其传感特性,多孔材料的纳米化及智能药物控释和多孔材料用于生物分子分离与检测。目前已在国内外专业期刊如Advanced materials,Advanced Functional Materials, Small,Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等高端杂志发表SCI学术论文60余篇,单篇最高影响因子17.49,论文他引总计1800余次,H因子达到19。发明专利2项,其中1项生产权已转让于日本松下电器公司。参与翻译专著生物系统纳米技术一部。主持国家自然科学基金,上海市创新重点基金,上海市纳米专项基金,上海市浦江人才基金,教育部博士点基金等多项。

1998年7月南京航空航天大学获学士学位,2001年4月南京航空航天大学获硕士学位,2005 年 4 月中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获博士学位,2005年5月到2008年8月分别在香港中文大学,日本东京大学和英国基尔大学从事博士后研究。
  2008年12月起,华东理工大学副教授,教授,博士生导师。
  在国内外专业期刊如Advanced materials,Advanced Functional Materials,Small,Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等高端杂志发表SCI学术论文60余篇,单篇最高影响因子17.49,论文他引总计1800余次,H因子达到19。发明专利2项,其中1项(申请号:200713072001 公开号:JP-2008-280193)生产权已转让于日本松下电器公司,合同号: 13072001-1。参与翻译专著生物系统纳米技术一部(书号:978-7-111-25068-5)。主持国家自然科学基金,上海市创新重点基金,上海市纳米专项基金,上海市浦江人才基金,教育部博士点基金等多项。

2018年2月14日,华东理工大学顾金楼教授和上海交通大学医学院梁阿娟(共同通讯作者)等人开发了一元羧酸(MA)和有机碱调制策略来合成分级多孔UiO-66纳米颗粒。使用十二烷酸的MA来控制孔径,而三甲胺(TEA)在调节结晶成核粒度方面起关键作用。与微孔UiO-66相比,细胞色素c模型蛋白(Cyt c)可以有效地装载到介孔MOFs(mesoMOFs)中。具有90nm粒径的mesoMOFs可以以最高效率被胞吞入活细胞中。这些突出的优点使目前的mesoMOFs不仅能展现Cyt c的高效包裹,而且还促进蛋白质进入胞质溶胶和随后的内体逃逸。鉴于卓越的化学稳定性、等级多孔结构以及可调节的粒径,mesoUiO-66纳米粒子可能为各种生物医学应用提供了一个有前途的平台。
