俞书宏,安徽庐江人,1967年8月生。中国科学技术大学教授,博士生导师,教育部“长江学者奖励计划”长江特聘教授(2006年-)、国家杰出青年基金获得者(2003年-)、中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才”(2002年)、中央七部委“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选(2006-)、国家重大科学研究计划项目首席科学家(2010-)。 1988年7月获合肥工业大学无机专业学士学位,1991年5月获上海化学工业研究院硕士学位, 1998年10月获中国科学技术大学化学系无机化学专业博士学位,1999年-2001年获在日本东京工业大学材料与结构实验室从事博士后研究,2001年?2002年获德国洪堡基金会(AvH)资助(任洪堡外国科学家研究员),在德国马普学会胶体与界面研究所工作。2002年入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才”,在中国科学技术大学任教,博士生导师。现任中国科学技术大学化学系教授,合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室(筹)责任研究员,国家同步辐射实验室首批特聘研究员,上海交通大学客座教授,合肥工业大学兼职教授。

在聚合物控制晶化与仿生材料、无机合成与制备、无机-有机复合材料、生物质转化制备新型碳纳米材料及应用等方面并取得多项创新性成果。在国际期刊如Nature Materials, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater.等上发表SCI检索论文220篇,第一作者和通讯作者论文中影响因子IF>3.0的SCI论文168篇, IF>6的SCI论文56篇。受邀在Adv. Mater., Top. Curr. Chem., Adv. Funct. Mater., J. Mater. Chem., MRS. Bull.等国际期刊上发表综述论文和特征论文十二篇; 受邀在美国Marcel Dekker, Inc.、John Wiley & Sons、CRC Press、Kluwer/Plenum、美国科学出版社等十二部英文专著中各撰写一章。被SCI他人论文引用4000余次(第一作者和通讯作者),H因子42。有关复杂无机超结构材料的构筑和设计研究工作受到英国《自然》杂志的“研究亮点”栏目和《美国化学工程新闻》“科学聚焦”栏目分别以“晶体生长: 明星品质”和 “艾舍尔步入化学”为题的点评。近十年间有十四篇论文被ISI评为Highly Cited Papers,有多篇论文被《自然-中国》、《Materials Views》、《NPG Asia Materials》等选为研究亮点或被选为封面论文、热点论文等。

(2) 聚合物控制晶化与模拟生物矿化;
(3) 多功能纳米材料的模板诱导合成和组装技术;
(4) 新型无机-有机杂化材料的制备、性能与组装体功能;
(5) 面向能源、环境领域应用的新型碳材料的制备和能量存储;
(6) 纳米材料的光、电、磁性能调控(光电和光热转换、光催化等)和纳米催化效应等。

钢筋混凝土结构在受热350摄氏度以上时强度会迅速下降,从而引起坍塌。近期,中国科学技术大学俞书宏教授课题组研制出一种具有双网络结构的酚醛树脂/二氧化硅复合气凝胶材料,可将1300摄氏度高温“隔热”为300摄氏度左右,在提高建筑安全及节能等方面具有应用前景。

国际学术期刊《德国应用化学》日前刊发了该成果。俞书宏课题组研制的这种双网络结构的复合气凝胶,具有树枝状的微观多孔结构,纤维尺寸在20纳米以内,且两种组分各自都成连续的网络,实现了有机、无机组分在纳米尺度上的均匀分散。这种气凝胶可承受60%的压缩而不破裂,具有良好的机械强度和可加工性;两组分间具有很强的相互作用,协同其多孔性,从而产生很好的保温隔热效果,优于传统发泡聚苯乙烯、矿物棉等材料。

研究人员使用1300摄氏度的丙烷丁烷喷灯火焰,检测这种气凝胶的防火性,并用红外热成像仪记录样品背面的温度变化。经过30分钟测试,样品背面的温度稳定在300摄氏度左右,而且随着有机组分的燃烧,二氧化硅网络暴露出来并附着在气凝胶表面而不会脱落,继续发挥隔绝热量作用。

据了解,这种新型材料优异的防火阻燃和耐火焰侵蚀性,可避免火灾时建筑物承力结构的失效,为人员撤离争取宝贵时间。此外,隔热材料的使用可以提高建筑物的能量利用率,降低能耗。

国际顶级化学综述期刊美国化学会《化学评论》发表了中国科学技术大学俞书宏课题组受邀撰写的评述论文,全面总结了国际上关于纳米材料稳定性和反应性研究领域取得的研究进展,阐述了作者对纳米材料稳定性和反应性研究的认识和理解,提出了今后有关纳米材料稳定性和反应性研究的建议和今后值得关注的科学问题。

纳米材料高的表面能使其具有双重特性,即低的稳定性和高的反应性。一方面,由于其高的反应性,纳米材料可以通过温和的化学转化过程制备功能纳米材料;另一方面,纳米材料高的反应性也会导致纳米材料低的稳定性。例如,纳米材料在使用的过程中很容易被氧化。事实上,纳米颗粒的稳定性和反应性构成了一对矛盾的统一体。尽管纳米颗粒的氧化会导致材料性能的衰减,但是氧化刻蚀却是以“Top-down”方式加工纳米材料的良好手段。

近年来,俞书宏教授课题组发展了宏量制备具有高反应活性的超细碲纳米线的技术,研究了其稳定性和化学反应性,以其为模板成功研制了一系列功能纳米线材料,探索了此类材料在催化和能量转换等领域的应用。

在该评述论文中,主要介绍了“悬键”和表面化学微环境这两个概念,并阐述了“悬键”和表面化学微环境与纳米材料稳定性和反应性之间的关联性,并提出了有关纳米材料稳定性和反应性研究的建议。

仿生界面设计提高石墨烯基纤维的强度和电导率

2D单层碳材料-石墨烯,由于优越的机械性能、电学性能以及柔性,吸引了广泛的关注。为实现它的实际应用,这种片状纳米单元必须被组装成宏观结构。在最近报道的石墨烯宏观组装中,石墨烯基纤维(GBFs)表现出不俗的应用的前景。迄今为止,对于GBFs,都是通过提高轴向排列,增加组装纳米单元的宽高比以及减小结构缺陷来提高机械强度。实际中,纯纳米石墨烯纤维(NGFs)的机械强度已经从140提高到500MPa。但由于石墨烯单元排列以及尺寸限制,这个值很难再提高了。近日,合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心俞书宏教授和合肥工业大学从怀萍研究员研究小组受珍珠层结构设计启发,通过引入聚多巴胺衍生N-掺杂碳物种作为阻力增强剂、粘合剂和导电连接“桥”,提高了石墨烯基纤维的机械性能和电导率。所获石墨烯基纤维的拉伸强度、电导率,提高到了724 MPa和 6.6 × 104 S m−1。

俞书宏教授课题组在仿生材料相关的研究工作主要几种在以下几个方面:第一,仿生高性能纳米复合结构材料、自组装及应用;第二,聚合物控制晶化与模拟生物矿化;第三,多功能纳米材料的模板诱导合成和组装技术。

近年来,俞书宏教授提出一种介观尺度“组装与矿化”相结合的方法,实现了通过模拟生物体内天然材料生长过程的方法制备人工珍珠层结构材料,而且所获得的人工仿珍珠层材料在化学组分、无机含量、结构形式以及机械性能方面与天然珍珠层高度类似。

近年来,过渡金属氧化物、钙钛矿氧化物和层状双氢氧化物作为碱性电解质中的OER催化剂已进行了广泛研究,而过渡金属磷化物、硫化物和碳化物在酸性电解质中具有优越的HER性能。尽管如此,由于pH范围不匹配,将上述OER和HER催化剂集成于同一电解池中以实现全分解水是具有挑战性的。因此,研发用于OER和HER的高性能双功能电催化剂非常必要。
纳米结构过渡金属(化合物)/氮掺杂碳纳米材料(M/N/C)由于其低成本、高丰度、高效和稳定的催化性能,是一种前景良好的催化剂,在电化学催化领域引起了相当大的关注,但能催化全水分解的材料鲜见报道。另外,对于新型电化学催化剂体系,还需要清楚地了解材料中活性位点的结构。

近日,中国科学技术大学俞书宏教授、梁海伟教授等使用廉价的水热碳质纳米纤维、吡咯和NiCl2作为前驱体制备了Ni-N共掺杂碳纳米纤维负载部分氧化的Ni纳米颗粒(PO-Ni/Ni-N-CNFs)的纳米复合电催化剂,并在Nano Energy上发表了题为“Partially oxidized Ni nanoparticles supported on Ni-N co-doped carbon nanofibers as bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting”的研究论文。得益于有效的活性中心、介孔结构和相互连接的一维纳米纤维网络,所得纳米复合电催化剂在碱性介质中对HER和OER均表现出优异的催化活性和持久性。 此外,将PO-Ni/Ni-N-CNFs作为双功能催化剂实际应用于分解水,在1.69V的电压下达到了10mA·cm-2的电流密度。

气凝胶是一类多孔轻质材料,通常是由溶胶-凝胶方法制得。气凝胶的独特结构使其具有许多迷人的物理特性,诸如超低密度、高表面积、优异的传质性能和低导热性等。目前包括金属氧化物、聚合物、碳化物以及金属等都已经能够用于制备气凝胶材料,其中基于聚合物的碳气凝胶尤为重要。碳气凝胶能够实现高反应表面积和通向这种表面传输路径的理想组合,因而在非均相催化剂载体、吸附剂、绝缘材料以及电极材料等方面具有重要的应用前景。近年来,碳纳米管和石墨烯的发现极大地促进了聚合物基碳气凝胶的发展和应用。碳纳米管和石墨烯气凝胶都可以通过化学气相沉积和分散体系凝胶化的方法来进行制备,但是前驱体昂贵以及合成需要涉及复杂设备限制了这些气凝胶的实际应用。因此,开发更简单和经济的途径(例如利用碳水化合物、纤维素以及蛋白质等可再生资源为原料)来制备纳米碳气凝胶成为必然的发展趋势。

中国科学技术大学俞书宏教授在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 上发表了题为“Emerging Carbon Nanofiber Aerogels: Chemosynthesis versus Biosynthesis”的综述文章,集中阐述了新兴碳纳米纤维气凝胶的化学合成与生物合成方法。首先展示了如何通过化学合成和生物合成的方法来制备碳纳米纤维(CNF)气凝胶,然后讨论了两种制备CNF气凝胶方法的合成特点,集中在结构和功能的多样性以及CNF气凝胶的物理化学性质和潜在应用。此外,作者还展示了基于可再生前驱体的CNF气凝胶与CNT和石墨烯气凝胶相比在诸多应用中具有竞争优势。

在这个综述中,作者主要介绍了HTC-CNFs和BC-CNFs两种新兴的CNF气凝胶,它们可以通过化学合成和生物合成的策略制备出来,而且两种合成方法都适用于大规模CNF气凝胶的生产。在化学合成制备的CNF气凝胶方面,寻找低成本和环保的模板以取代目前昂贵的TeNWs对于可持续合成非常重要。而与HTC-CNF的可控化学合成相比,BC-CNFs气凝胶的结构参数更加难以有效控制,这是由于在微生物发酵过程中对BC微结构的操作是十分有限的。展望未来,作者指出化学合成与生物合成两种方法的有机结合有望为CNF气凝胶的研究提供新的机遇。此外,CNF气凝胶基功能材料的性能需要通过设计独特的结构、改变其物理性质以及控制合适的成分等来进一步提升。

俞书宏AM综述:用于柔性电子器件的纳米线组件
基于纳米线(NW)的柔性电子产品(包括可穿戴储能设备,柔性显示器,电子传感器和健康监测器)的制造在基础研究和市场需求中受到了极大的关注。对NW进行结构设计不仅可以优化内在性能,还可以创造新的物理和化学性质,将单个NW整合到大面积的结构中是最有希望优化基于NW的柔性电子产品性能的策略。鉴于此,俞书宏课题组综述了由NW结构组成的柔性电子领域的最新发展成果。详细讨论了构建1D,2D和3D NW组件的不同组装策略,重点介绍了2D NW组件的NW组装过程。详细描述了不同NW组件对柔性电子结构和性能的改进,并对该领域未来的挑战和前景进行展望。

俞书宏Angew.:用于高效中性水分解的Janus镍钴磷化物催化剂
过渡金属磷化物作为HER的催化剂引起了极大的兴趣,但是很少被作为有效的中性-pH水分解的双功能催化电极。俞书宏课题组采用碳纤维纸(CFP)作为催化剂基体,通过简便的电沉积和退火工艺,得到了三元Ni0.1Co0.9P纳米片,具有高度多孔结构。由于新的三元Ni0.1Co0.9P结构,具有多孔表面和由镍和钴之间协同作用产生的有利电子态,其可以在环境条件下有效且稳健地催化1 M磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS, pH7)电解质中的HER和OER。

中国科学技术大学俞书宏教授研究团队在前期利用生物质细菌纤维素制备功能碳基纳米材料的系列工作基础上,发展了一种简单、有效、可宏量生产的技术,制备出了一类新型的纳米纤维固体酸催化剂材料,并深入探究了此类纳米纤维固体酸催化剂在几种重要化学工业催化反应中的应用前景,相关研究成果以“Natural Nanofibrous Cellulose-derived Solid Acid Catalysts”为题发表在ResearchResearch,Doi:10.34133/2019/6262719)上。

俞书宏教授团队的“快速清理水上高粘度浮油的新型海绵吸附剂”项目获第47届日内瓦国际发明展金奖。该项目首次将自加热技术引入常规多孔吸附材料,这种新型油类吸附材料对高粘度油的吸附时间缩短至普通吸附材料的5.4%;同时能更快地释放吸附的原油,节约81.8%的回收时间。外加一个泵吸力,利用该技术可以实现原位不限容量清理(包括吸附和回收)高粘度油,与常规技术相比清理速率提高了28倍。该技术可用于海上原油泄漏的紧急清理,通过快速吸附和回收原油减少原油污染时间,降低事故对环境和经济造成的损失。
