韩艳春,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,博士生导师,高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室主任。中科院“百人计划”(2000年)和国家杰出青年科学基金(2001年)获得者,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。她领导的研究团队长期从事高分子薄膜表面形态结构和功能构效关系以及有机光电器件微加工方面的研究,取得一些在国际上有重要影响的研究成果,在Chem. Soc.Rev.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、等期刊发表论文200余篇,获吉林省科学技术进步一等奖1项。

功能高分子薄膜多层次有序结构的构筑、调控与应用
有机光电功能器件的微加工

研究领域和现状
   光电功能高分子是高分子科学与信息科学高度交叉的学科,已成为国际科学前沿和高技术竞争焦点。其研究核心是建立光电高分子、功能薄膜与光电器件的内在关联,其应用目标是平板显示、太阳能电池和电子电路等高技术领域。我们课题组研究重点集中在功能高分子薄膜多层次有序结构的构筑、调控与应用和有机光电功能器件的微加工。
   1.功能高分子薄膜多层次有序结构的构筑、调控与应用   
   围绕共轭高分子薄膜形态与电荷传输核心问题,开展如下研究:(1)控制共轭聚合物分子在溶液加工过程中的链构象和π-π 堆积方式,通过调控分子-分子相互作用和分子-界面相互作用,建立分子结构、薄膜溶液加工技术、不同层次有序结构(分子堆砌排列方式、晶界连接与取向等)间的关系。(2)利用棒杆-棒杆(rod-rod)共轭嵌段共聚物的微观相分离以及链段之间的刚性不对称性,通过结晶与相分离强弱竞争、结晶诱导有序-有序转变、优化共轭分子之间π-π相互作用等,控制共轭嵌段共聚物结晶分子取向,制备其尺寸与激子扩散长度(~10nm)相匹配的多尺度有序结构。(3)通过调控给体/受体共混体系的热力学及动力学参数,控制共轭聚合物共混物相分离的动态过程,建立具有高载流子传输特性的给体/受体纳米互穿网络形态控制方法,制备出相区尺寸小于激子的传输距离、具有较大界面和最大程度的相区有序性的微结构;(4)揭示影响共轭聚合物共混物光诱导电荷分离、载流子传输及复合的物理机制,建立分子结构-薄膜形态-光电性质的内在关联。预期将发展的形态可控、相态可调的大面积、高有序、无缺陷、具有优良形态和相态稳定性的高分子光电薄膜形态调控技术用于器件组装,并获得综合性优异的器件,为有机光电器件产业化提供薄膜技术。
   2.有机光电功能器件的微加工   
   光电功能高分子的薄膜微加工与纳米图案化是制备光电器件的重要环节,需要结合器件结构确定微加工工艺和加工过程。由于有机高分子发光材料易于溶液方式低成本加工的特点,近年来许多基于印刷和打印的有机发光薄膜图案化方法被研究开发,我们研究集中在:(1)喷墨打印有机发光聚合物/小分子薄膜质量调控:喷墨打印聚合物薄膜均匀性与微结构协同调控溶剂体系,制备厚度均匀的光滑无定形薄膜, 与旋涂性能相当的喷墨打印器件制备工艺。(2)图案化技术:研究微接触印刷、纳米压印、丝网印刷等技术在高分子薄膜图案化和电极加工等方面的应用,发展构筑大面积有序图案的方法和途径。

      全共轭聚合物太阳能电池具有给受体能级可调、吸收范围宽及可溶液加工等优势, 已经成为太阳能电池领域发展趋势。在开发高性能材料及器件结构优化的推动下,能量转换效率已经突破9%。然而,共轭聚合物分子刚性及分子结构各向异性等特点,导致全共轭聚合物共混体系相分离及结晶行为复杂,相区尺寸及界面处分子取向可控性差,难于深入理解并认识活性层结构对器件光物理过程的影响。

       中科院长春应用化学研究所韩艳春研究员课题组在《高分子学报》2018年第2期“光电高分子”专辑中发表的专论从热力学及动力学角度入手,详述了全共轭聚合物共混体系相分离结构、相区尺寸及界面分子取向的可控调节。
       共混体系中分子迁移能力及溶液相分离类型是影响相分离结构的本质因素,并通过改变给受体比例及分子规整度等实现了孤岛、双连续及互穿网络结构的构筑。同时,通过添加第3组分调节溶剂-溶质分子间相互作用或聚合物分子间相互作用,在不降低活性层结晶性的基础上实现了相区尺寸的调控。最后,利用附生受限结晶原理及溶液状态,通过改变分子运动能力及在溶液中聚集程度,实现了由edge-on到face-on取向的转变。

韩艳春(Yanchun Han)等人使用PTB7-Th作为供体,N2200作为受体,PCDTBT作为敏化剂成功设计制备了全聚合物三元太阳能电池器件。该研究揭示了通过使用低带隙聚合物PCDTBT可有效提升全聚合物太阳能电池器件的性能。

钙钛矿作为光伏电池具有清洁、便于应用、制造成本低和效率高等显著优点引起了研究者的广泛关注。其效率由最初的3.8% 提高到22.7%。尽管钙钛矿太阳能电池的效率提高很快,但面临的问题也值得重视。首先,钙钛矿层的形貌、结晶程度及晶体取向对钙钛矿电池性能起决定性作用,而影响这些材料性质的因素很多。其次,这种新型太阳能电池在组装过程中存在稳定性问题,包括材料的稳定性以及高效电池器件的稳定性都存在很大的问题,,需要更多的研究和探索。

为优化钙钛矿薄膜形貌同时提高材料稳定性等问题,韩艳春课题组通过在两步法制备钙钛矿过程中调控碘化铅(PbI2)的结晶性与形貌,同时提高钙钛矿薄膜质量,晶体取向及晶体稳定性。通过制备多孔PbI2薄膜,增加PbI2与碘甲胺(MAI)反应界面,使PbI2反应跟完全,从而提高薄膜覆盖率,增加晶体尺寸。此外,由于紧密堆积的PbI2粒状晶体变成多孔的片状PbI2晶体,使MAI与PbI2 晶体从(101),(010)及(100)晶面反应变为从(001)的上下表面开始反应,最终使改天狂晶体由原来的无规取向变为均一的(100)取向。由于形貌及取向的优化,钙钛矿晶体稳定系也明显增加。薄膜形貌优化有利于优化优化由于形貌优化,薄膜缺陷减少,结晶性提高,晶体取向优化,可增强光吸收,提高载流子迁移率,减少复合,最终器件性能由原始的9.73%(VOC= 1.00, JSC=15.20, FF = 0.64)提高到16.61%(VOC= 1.04, JSC= 21.01, FF = 0.76)。
