相比于短碳链化学品,不饱和重质烃具有更高的附加值和能量密度。因此,CO2加氢合成不饱和重质烃更具吸引力和挑战性。开发高效稳定的催化剂,精准控制C–O键活化和C–C键偶联,是实现这一过程的关键。近年来,该领域高效催化剂的研发快速发展。该综述围绕上述过程,全面介绍了CO2加氢通过直接和间接两种不同路径合成α-烯烃和芳烃的研究进展,系统论述了催化剂的理性设计与制备、多活性位点的亲密性效应、催化剂的稳定性与失活、反应机理以及反应器设计等问题,总结了目前不同CO2转化路线的优势和发展现状,展望了未来发展先进催化剂面临的挑战及其潜在的应用前景,以及下一代CO2加氢技术在未来实现碳中和的机遇。
孙剑团队一直致力于CO2加氢制备高值化学品和燃料研究,于2017年报道了CO2加氢直接转化制备高品质汽油(Nat. Commun.,2017)工作,受到了广泛关注和研究。随后,团队延续多功能催化剂设计理念,陆续实现了CO2加氢高效转化制备异构烷烃(ACS Catal.,2018;ACS Catal.,2020)、α-烯烃(ACS Catal.,2020)、芳烃(Appl. Catal. B-Environ.,2021)和高碳醇(Appl. Catal. B-Environ.,2021)等。此外,团队与企业合作,建成了二氧化碳加氢合成高品质汽油的工业试验装置,并于2020年11月实现了一次投料试车成功。
该综述以“Towards the Development of the Emerging Process of CO2 Heterogenous Hydrogenation into High-value Unsaturated Heavy Hydrocarbons”为题,于近日发表在Chemical Society Reviews上,并被编辑邀请作为下一期封面文章予以重点推介。相关研究工作得到了国家自然科学基金、中科院A类先导专项“变革性洁净能源关键技术与示范”、中科院青促会、辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”和我所创新基金等项目的资助。(文/图 位健、姚如伟、韩誉)
