标题: 衡利苹:磁控液滴和气泡在两栖超润滑凝胶界面的可控输运
液体和气泡的收集与运输在自然界和人类生活中发挥着非常重要的作用。对功能界面合理的设计与改进可以实现对流体的精准控制,例如,液体/气泡的收集和界面粘附、微流控、流体的运输、微反应器、气体脱硫和矿物浮选等多种领域都具有广泛的应用。对此,北京航空航天大学衡利苹研究团队开发出一系列刺激响应超润滑界面对液滴进行可控输运。例如,在电响应[1,2]、光电协同响应[3,4]和温度响应[5]超润滑界面上实现对液滴滑动的智能控制。在此基础上开发出既可以在空气中操控液滴又可在水下控制气泡运动的“两栖”超润滑凝胶界面。该工作在期刊Advanced Functional Materials发表了题为Magnetocontrollable Droplet and BubbleManipulation on a Stable Amphibious Slippery Gel Surface的文章,硕士生郭璞和博士生王祖彬为该工作的共同第一作者,衡利苹研究员为通讯联系人。
本工作将磁响应的铁粉/聚二甲基硅氧烷(Fe/PDMS)凝胶薄膜与硅油相结合,通过调节铁粉含量、薄膜厚度和前驱体与固化剂的配比,制备出磁响应两栖超润滑凝胶界面,通过施加/移去外部磁场,可以实现界面形貌的可逆调控。
