鉴于此,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所结构化学国家重点实验室曹荣和黄远标团队在科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院战略性先导科技专项、前沿科学重点研究项目、中科院青促会优秀会员项目资助下,以氧化锌/金属-有机框架(ZnO@ZIF-ZnNi)核壳纳米棒作为前驱体和模板,经过炭化,制备了均匀分散在氮掺杂碳纳米管上的Ni单原子催化剂(Ni/NCTs)。与普通Ni/C催化剂相比,该Ni/NCTs电催化剂表现出优异的CO2RR催化性能:在一个较宽的电势窗口下,可将二氧化碳以接近100%法拉第效率(-0.8 V vs RHE 98%)转化为一氧化碳(CO)。该催化剂连续电解20小时,其反应活性未见明显衰减。此外,与大多数文献报道碳源仅仅是来自于CO2不同,该研究采用同位素跟踪实验发现CO是来自于CO2与电解液中的HCO3-。与柴国良团队进行DFT计算合作的结果表明,*COOH是形成CO2RR的决速步骤。

中科院福建物构所结构化学国家重点实验室曹荣和黄远标团队针对这一问题通过席夫碱反应构建了分子内D-A异质结卟啉基TT-Por(Co)-COF。其中,噻吩[3,2-b]噻吩基单元(TT)作为具有快速电子转移的优良电子供体,金属卟啉具有共轭电子系统,是优异的电子受体或电子转移载体,可以实现分子内电荷快速传导,促进电子转移至反应物并增强活性。CO2RR结果表明,TT-Por(Co)-COF具有高的CO选择性,法拉第效率在-0.7 V vs RHE时达到91.4%,CO部分电流密度为7.28 mA cm-2,在同等电位下高于报道的大多数COFs材料。载流子迁移率、电化学阻抗谱和电导率测试证明,TT-Por(Co)-COF具有快速的电子转移能力。XPS和Solid state UV-Vis表明:在COF中引入D-A异质结确实可以促进分子内电子从供体TT部分转移到卟啉环活性中心。本文研究的重点在于引入富电子的TT单元,构筑了具有高效电子转移的分子内D-A异质结晶态COF材料,提高了对CO的电流密度。
研究者相信,将D-A异质结引入到共价有机框架材料中,通过提高分子内电子转移能力、提升电导率是提升电催化活性的有效途径之一。这也为之后设计高活性催化材料提供参考。相关论文在线发表在Small(DOI: 10.1002/smll.202004933)上。
近年来,福建物构所结构化学国家重点实验室曹荣研究员和黄远标研究员,在科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员项目等支持下,在多孔框架材料用于催化转化CO2的研究中取得了系列进展。近期,该团队应邀在EnergyChem上发表了题为“Reticular frameworks and their derived materials for CO2 conversion by thermo—catalysis”的综述论文。该文系统综述了多孔框架材料及其衍生材料在热催化转化CO2反应中的应用,总结了网络框架催化剂的结构优势及合成策略、应用于具体催化反应的标志性成果以及机理等,并在此基础上提出了新的研究观点和对未来发展趋势的展望。综述涉及框架催化剂的金属活性中心、功能有机官能团、主-客体杂化材料之间的协同催化,以及衍生碳材料或金属氧化物负载型催化剂的协同催化等方面的内容。这对发展应用于CO2资源化利用的新型网络框架基催化剂的设计及合成具有重要的参考价值。
