陕西师范大学的赵奎教授、刘生忠教授和阿卜杜拉国王科技大学的Aram Amassian教授联合报道了在空气中印刷制备全无机钙钛矿(CsPbI2Br)的过程,通过利用基底温度,良好的控制薄膜形成动力学不仅有助于构建高质量均匀无孔洞的全无机钙钛矿(CsPbI2Br)薄膜,而且比传统旋涂法制备的薄膜有更好的环境相稳定性。通过对印刷制备的流体动力学和结构演化的深入研究。结果表明,提高基底温度可以有效抑制空气中的水汽对结晶的影响,同时又规避基底温度太高而引起的Bénard-Marangoni对流。这也说明了流体力学对高质量CsPbI2Br薄膜印刷制备的重要性。在中间处理温度下观察到溶液干燥过程中卤化物成分发生变化的连续结晶过程。在该温度下,增强的传质有利于前驱体结晶。该方法制备的高性能大面积CsPbI2Br薄膜具有优良光电性能。这些结果为控制钙钛矿油墨的固化和结晶提供了重要的经验,为钙钛矿光电器件的商业化制造提供了参考。研究成果以题为“Scalable Ambient Fabrication of High Performance CsPbI2Br Solar Cells”发布在国际著名期刊Joule上。
