薛晶晶,2016年9月于南京大学化学化工学院取得学士学位,毕业后于加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学与工程学院攻读博士学位,师从半导体光电材料与器件领域国际著名学者Yang Yang教授,期间曾赴斯坦福大学材料科学与工程学院崔屹教授课题组访学。2020年5月博士毕业后在加州大学洛杉矶分校Hsian-Rong Tseng教授课题组开展博士后研究工作。于2021年全职加入浙江大学材料科学与工程学院。目前主要从事硅基金属卤化物钙钛矿光电材料与器件研究,致力于从微观层面上揭示钙钛矿材料的表界面物理化学性质、晶体结构、晶体生长机理与器件载流子行为和稳定性之间的关系,以开发高效稳定的钙钛矿光电器件。先后共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Science (2篇)、Nat. Rev. Mater.、Nat. Photonics、Nat. Energy、Adv. Mater.(2篇)、Joule(2篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊发表学术论文近20篇。多篇论文入选ESI热点和高被引论文,成果曾受到包括科学美国人、福布斯等多家国际知名媒体的广泛报道。长期担任J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, ACS Energy Lett.等国际著名期刊审稿人。2021年入选福布斯中国30 under 30榜单。
