曾梦琪,武汉大学副教授。主要研究方向为二维材料的可控合成、性质调控和自组装,着重发展了液态金属化学气相沉积法(LMCVD)。目前已以通讯作者或第一作者身份在Nat. Mater.、Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem、Matter、Chem. Rev.和Acc. Chem. Res.等期刊上发表论文26篇。

研究工作
研究工作主要为二维材料晶体的生长机制研究与催化基底设计。(1)利用液态金属的相变过程,调控前驱体的吸附、溶解、析出过程,实现了二维原子晶体(从范德华层状材料到强层间耦合作用层状材料再到非层状材料)的自限制生长,解决了其层数难以精确控制的难题;并利用熔融表面原子可易位的特点,实现了在室温下二维材料的超快速和无损滑移转移到任意目标基底上;(2)提出液态金属溶剂法构筑异质结策略,利用液态体相空位提供高效传质路径,直接构筑界面洁净的二维材料面内异质结,表现出良好的界面电子传递;提出基质辅助缓释的化学气相沉积方法,获得了镧系元素掺杂的高质量二维单晶,实现了对其光学性质的有效调控;发展了球径工程技术,实现了二维材料带隙的大范围、连续、精准、均匀、高效调节;(3)利用液态金属表面的可流变性,实现了二维材料的自组装,首次获得了大面积二维单晶及其异质结阵列,提供了一种制备二维单晶有序结构的有效方法;利用液态金属表面的各向同性的特点,调控石墨烯单晶边缘结构,改变单晶间的相互拼接方式,实现了单晶之间的平滑拼接,开辟了一条获得高质量大面积二维材料薄膜的新途径。
作为主要完成人翻译国内首部石墨烯学术专著(《石墨烯:基础及新兴应用》,科学出版社,2015)。
