于鹏中山大学材料科学与工程学院“百人计划”副教授。2013年博士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所,2014年到2018年在新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后研究,2018年9月以中山大学“百人计划”引入到中山大学材料科学与工程学院。主要从事新型二阶非线性光学激光器、新型二维材料开发及应用、新型外尔半金属设计和应用等研究,迄今为止在国际权威学术期刊发表论文45篇,总引用数超过3000次,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在影响因子大于10国际权威学术期刊上发表论文14篇:Nat. Catal. (1 篇)、Nat. Commun. (4篇)、Adv. Mater. (4篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1篇)和Adv. Funct. Mater. (1篇),相关研究成果被Nature、Nat. Mater.等选为研究亮点,并多次被国内外媒体报道。

主要内容:
当前只有几十种二维层状材料被开发出来,相对于庞大的二维甚至一维、零维材料库(据预估有几千到几万种材料),这个数量是十分渺小的。另外鉴于已开发二维材料在某些性能方面都存在着缺陷,如石墨烯的低开关比、黑磷的低稳定性等,种种原因都预示着,开发新型高性能的二维或低维材料是十分有必要的。在这个报告中主要介绍新型二维材料的开发和应用方面的工作,包括:1)开发出第一个基于1T型二维材料的光电探测器件并对其合成、电学性质和光电性能进行研究;2)开发出基于二维结构的第二类外尔半金属并对这类材料的生长、能带结构等进行全面研究,在此基础上开发出了基于第二类外尔半金属柔性超级电容器和中远红外探测器等;3)首次把基于贵重金属的TMD材料引入到二维世界中,并对其生长、拉曼特征、低维量子效应和光电应用进行研究。
