洪茂椿 男,博士,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所研究员,中国科学院院士,亚太材料科学院院士,第三世界科学院院士。《Crystal Growth & Design》,《结构化学》和《波谱学》杂志副主编,《Inorg. Chem. Commun.》,《Inorg. Chim. Acta》,《J. Mol. Struct.》,《中国科学B版》和《化学进展》等杂志编委。
    现任中共福建省委委员,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所党委书记,所学术委员会副主任,国家光电子材料工程技术研究中心主任,国家纳米评估中心副主任,国家纳米中心学术委员,国家自然科学基金委无机化学学科评审组组长,国家纳米重大研究计划专家组成员。1978年毕业于福州大学化学系,1981年获中国科学院福建物质结构研究所硕士学位。1985年-1987年在美国密执安大学化学系和伊利诺依大学化学系做访问学者,1992年-1993年在英国纽卡斯尔大学化学系做访问学者,1996-1998年曾两度在日本名古屋大学化学系做JSPS访问教授并获得博士学位。主要从事新材料与器件、无机功能材料、纳米材料、无机-有机杂化材料的制备、结构与性能的关系和应用研究。1998年开始主持国家自然科学基金重大项目课题,同年获国家自然科学杰出青年基金资助。目前正在开展国家自然科学基金重点“金属-有机纳米分子与功能材料”、国家科技攻关“光功能纳米陶瓷材料”和福建省重大专项“新材料与器件”等项目研究。1993年获得国务院政府特殊津贴,1994年获得物理学会首届王天眷波谱学奖,2001年获人事部和中科院先进工作者称号,2002年度被评为中科院优秀研究生导师和被福建省人民政府授予优秀专家,2003年获福建省先进工作者称号,2004年被福建省评为优秀科技工作者,2004年获福建省杰出科技人才奖,2005年当选第三世界科学院院士,2006年获全国杰出专业技术人才奖和福建省科技特别贡献奖。发表SCI论文近五百篇,申请专利18项授权专利6项。

报告摘要:
洪院士创新性地从结构化学的方法和原理出发,利用纳米催化材料,实现了以煤为原料制造乙二醇的合成路线,创造了很好的生态与工业效应;通过亲水性基团的引入,研发了高性能水溶性聚氨酯的制备技术,并且将该技术在工业上实现应用,创造了每年数亿元的产值;利用晶体定向生长合成方法,合成了新的全固态激光材料LBD,并已经将其推向市场;利用外延生长法获得新的高效长寿命LED材料,具有良好市场前景。

报告人简介:
洪茂椿,中国科学院院士、亚太材料科学院院士、第三世界科学院院士。洪茂椿院士主要从事新材料与器件、无机功能材料、纳米材料、无机-有机杂化材料的制备、结构与性能的关系和应用研究。现任《Crystal Growth & Design》,《结构化学》和《波谱学》杂志副主编,《Inorg. Chem. Commun.》,《Inorg. Chim. Acta》,《J. Mol. Struct.》,《中国科学B版》和《化学进展》等杂志编委。已发表论文近三百篇,申请专利8项。

 2019年1月11日,由中国科学院福建物质结构研究所牵头、联合中科华宇(福建)科技发展有限公司共同承担的福建省科技重大专项专题“系列环保型木材聚氨酯胶粘剂研发与产业化”通过福建省科技厅组织的专家验收。


  该项目聚焦木材加工行业对高端环保木材聚氨酯胶粘剂的行业需求,重点开展环保木材聚氨酯胶粘剂的共性变革技术、关键原材料国产化、工程产业化关键技术等方面的研究,突破了无机纳米材料改性、聚合物复合改性、产业化过程中原料预处理和投料方式、高粘度物料搅拌方式设计和大量瞬间集中放热控制等多项产业关键核心技术和制备工艺,实现高性能环保木材聚氨酯胶粘剂单釜8吨级生产装置的工业化规模生产,成功开发出多种适应不同木材特性粘接使用要求的环保木材聚氨酯胶粘剂产品,已创造了2千多万元的产值,产生了显著的社会和经济效益。


  在项目执行期间,申请中国发明专利3件,其中授权1件;参与制订国家标准1项。同时也培养了一支科技创新队伍,其中项目负责人洪茂椿院士荣获2016年度福建省科技重大贡献奖,4名研究骨干晋升为研究员,培养毕业了10名研究生。


  项目成功实现了环保聚氨酯胶粘剂的工业化生产与应用,填补了福建省在高端环保木材聚氨酯胶粘剂精细化工产业领域的空白,打破国外的相关技术壁垒和产品垄断,有效改变我国高端木材聚氨酯胶粘剂无法生产、长期依赖进口的不利局面,对带动木材加工业的环保、节能、高效发展,支撑福建省战略性新兴产业的发展和新旧动能转换具有重要意义。
