1. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,优化调控Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4/CdS异质结界面改善太阳能电池光电性能(61974086),59万元,2020年01月至 2023年 12月;
2.主持国家自然科学基金-河南联合基金培育项目,Ga3+掺杂构筑“V”型带隙改善Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4光伏器件性能(U1604138),45万元,2017年01月至 2019年 12月。
