工作经历:
自1987年至2014年5月分别在北京工业大学环化系、环能学院任教,历任助教(1987-1990)、讲师(1990-1995)、副教授(1995-1999)、教授(1999-)、博导(2002-2014)。
自2014年5月调入浙江工业大学化学工程学院,任常务副院长,执行院长,教授、博导、硕导,运河特聘教授。所属学科:化学工程与技术一级学科、应用化学二级学科。
研究工作及成果:
共主持了20余项国家自然科学基金面及重点、科技部、教育部和北京市自然基金重点基面上项目。本人或与他人合作分别在Green Chemistry, Journal of Catalysis, Organic Process Research & Development,化学学报,化工学报等国内外核心刊物及学术会议上发表论文140余篇,其中被SCI和EI收录70余篇;申请中国发明专利37项,已获授权的中国发明专利22项;获得计算机软件著作权登记2项;主编(译)专(译)著3部。所研发的技术及成果“成果"新型香精制备与香气品质控制关键技术及应用”获得2014年度国家科技进步二等奖(排名第三)。
1998年被评为北京市高等学校学科带头人;1998年入选北京市科技新星计划项目;1999年入选北京市跨世纪优秀人才工程项目;2010年成为北京市人才强教绿色化工创新团队(编号:PHR201107104)负责人。在美国做访问学者一年,曾先后多次到法国、美国、德国和波兰等地进行访问和讲学。

佘远斌,博士、教授。现任浙江工业大学化学工程学院院长,教授、博士生导师、应用化学学科主任、应用化学专业负责人,浙江工业大学上虞研究院院长、海清研究院院长。
1997年毕业于大连理工大学化工学院,获博士学位,师从杨锦宗院士。2002-2004年曾任国家自然科学基金委化学部流动项目主任。1097-2014年在北京工业大学任教,2014年5月起调任浙江工业大学化工学院任教授、博导。
所学及所从事的专业为化学工程与技术(应用化学、精细化工),研究方向为:金属卟啉类及有机金属化合物分子设计、合成及应用;化石及生物质资源高效的催化转化及利用;天然植物资源中香精香料及药用成分的提取、分离及应用;化学计量学方法结合谱学分析技术在复杂体系中的应用;有机电化学合成及电催化方法的研究及应用。围绕上述研究方向,共主持各类国家级科研项目(其中主持国家自然基金重点及面上项目8项)近30项;在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文180余篇,其中SCI、EI检索论文130余篇;申请中国发明专利近100件,已获授权中国发明专利30余件,获得软件著作权5项。2014年获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。2016年获得浙江省高等教育教学成果二等奖。2018年获得中国食品科学技术学会技术进步一等奖。2018年获得轻工联合会科技进步一等奖。
